Impatient Customer Builds Deck Around Dying Tree, Ends Up Costing Him

Why does nobody listen to experts? The tree removal company told this guy what the deal was, he didn't listen, and lo and behold, gets to pay more money for a tree and a deck. Customers can get pretty dumb, like the time this landscaper handily dealt with a customer who demanded her kids get her discount.

    Text - A few months later during a January ice storm a branch falls and clips the corner of his house and smashes part of the deck. We happily came across this while on our way to a another job. We send him pictures and warn him of the potential damage if more branches were to break off. He has no choice but to have us take the tree down out of fear of future damage. A job that would've cost him $700 and took us 3 hours now was a $2000 job and 8 hours of work.
